Heather Dale又一首亚瑟王神话圈的歌，中世纪风，静谧沉缓，带着几分在一切结束后回望过往的哀伤。Heather Dale有几种相当不同的风格，这种大概是我最喜欢的之一，如同游吟诗人在吟唱过往传说，又是后人为前人谱写的祝福与悼词。

这首歌以第二人称（You指亚瑟王）歌唱了他与一生中曾与他有过关联的三个女人：他的母亲、妻子和姐姐（于是标题——Three Queens）。她们映照着他的诞生、称王、死亡；歌者似乎也希望，她们能以土地以泉水以火焰为他收殓，许他安眠。

最近越来越理解亚瑟王神话的奥妙了，里面的各种象征意味真是太棒了www【。】以及这里面的姐弟好吃！【x】

※翻译的部分格式稍微借鉴了北岛的一首诗。意识到的时候已经化用了他曾写过的诗句，大概是一直过于喜欢，看过太多次所致。

※每句“让她带你回家”都重复三次【。

※Queen的翻译取“女王”而非“王后”，主因大致是墨伽娜的出现。她不曾是亚瑟的王后，我一直以来脑补的墨伽娜也从来都是不甘为“后”的人。不过也有更学术【x】一些的论（wai）证。我之前的一篇文中提到过“白女神”的设定，这个设定在这首歌中也隐约有出现：三位女性各自象征一种元素，象征出生、生命过程、死亡，象征少女母亲老妪。这可以被视为在影射她们与“白女神”的对应。贯穿全歌的“子宫”与“安眠”更是强调了她们与地母神的联系。而身为女神的她们，既然不是任何男性神明的配偶，以人的角度去看，自然应称为女王而非王后。
